Begin on iPhone

Download UNA from the App Store on your iPhone and follow the brief introduction. UNA explains when an account or Premium access is needed before asking you to continue.

Your first entry

  1. Open UNA — you’ll land on Today, the place for daily reflections.
  2. Tap + to begin a new entry.
  3. Write it, speak it, or record it on video — whatever feels natural.

Start small. A sentence or two about a prayer, a quiet moment, or something you noticed today is more than enough. There’s no wrong way to begin — what matters is that you begin.

Where to go from here

  • Use Today for entries, reflections, and finding earlier moments.
  • When something feels too personal for UNA’s servers, place it in the Sacred Vault. An optional sealed backup can be stored in your own iCloud Drive when you choose.
  • Open What’s Ahead for a preview of Together, Tomorrow, and Mission. Those areas are not available yet.
  • If you’d like gentle prompts, they’re there when you want them — and silence when you don’t.
