We get asked, kindly, when we’re going to grow. Raise more, hire fast, move loud. The honest answer is: slowly, and only as much as the promise requires.

UNA holds people’s tenderest things. That kind of trust isn’t built by a team racing to hit numbers. It’s built by a small group who can still hold the whole thing in their heads, who answer their own support, who feel the weight of every decision about your record.

Staying small is a feature. It keeps us close to the people we serve, and close to the reason we started. It means the person reading your note to support is the same person who designed the place you wrote it.

We’ll grow when growing helps you keep better. Not before. That’s the promise, and a small team is how we keep it.
